Frank Herzog - Gehirnforschung

Small catalogue designed for an art exhibition on brain research by a German artist Frank Herzog. The idea was to use illustrated old-style medicine textbooks as a visual direction, where (besides main texts and images) the artist can leave notes, stamps or personalised “diagnosis” written to everyone who gets a copy, making each catalogue unique and special. Illustrations in engraved effect are done by the artist for a more antique-inspired look and feel.
